Shipping policy

Tourload shirts are printed to order by our production partner and posted straight to you, so each order is made before it is sent.

Where we deliver: the UK and the other countries offered at checkout.

Cost: postage is worked out by weight and destination and shown at checkout before you pay.

Times: printing usually takes a few working days, then the parcel is posted with tracking. You will get a tracking link by email once it ships. Delivery times vary by country and are estimates, not guarantees.

Customs: for orders outside the UK, your country may charge import duty or tax on delivery. These charges are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.

Problems: if your order has not arrived 30 days after it shipped, or arrives damaged, email support@tourload.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
